The Flamencista Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Please visit our Terms and Conditions every time you visit our web site.

You will be requested to accept our Terms and Conditions prior to placing an order with us. We cannot accept your order unless you accept our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations and Order Changes

No cancellations will be possible once an order has been placed.

Changes to your order are possible within 72 hours after placing your order. All changes are considered on a case-by-case basis: Contact us so we can discuss whether the changes you want are feasible.

Product Delivery Times

The delivery times stated on our web site are indicative and have been provided by the various postal service providers.

Local country customs, holiday traffic (e.g. Christmas or Easter), severe weather conditions, security alerts or other adverse socio-economic situations may significantly delay the delivery of your package.

Flamencista will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of your products but we will do our best to find out the reasons should this occur.

If you have not received your order within 4 weeks after it has been dispatched Flamencista will initiate the lost package claims process. We require prior customer notification as to whether the delivery has been delayed.

No refunds will be given until the lost package claims process comes to a conclusion.

If the process confirms that the postal service provider is responsible for the loss of the parcel, Flamencista will provide a full refund of the original amount, including the postal costs. If the process proves that responsibility lies with the customer or local customs, Flamencista will not provide any refund.

The lost package claim process may last between 2 - 12 weeks. Flamencista do not have control over this process and will therefore not be held responsible for any delays.

Our Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products and you find a product defect, we will offer a 100% refund as long as you notify as within two (2) days as of the date of your order's delivery. Please notify us of the problem prior to returning the products. We may ask for photographic evidence of the potential defect, in order to fully assess your case. Refunds shall be given once the goods have been returned to us. Refunds do not include postage costs and are subject to the products being returned in their original condition with no marks or signs of usage.

Unless there is a specific problem with the quality of the product, we are unable to provide a refund in the form of discount vouchers which will exclude the original postage cost and any credit card or Paypal fees and will be subject to 15€ handling charge. You will be responsible for the postage costs involved in returning the product to us.

At Flamencista we strive to give you all the guidance you need to select the right product size. Since all our products are handmade especially for you, we regret that we cannot provide a refund if you are unhappy with the size. However, we will be more than happy to replace your products with a different size. You will be required to send us the original product and we will send you a replacement one free of charge.

In cases of exchange you will need to cover all postage costs for the return of the first product and but Flamencista will cover the delivery costs for the new one. We are proud to be the only Flamenco online shop in the world to offer this service.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in cases where you are not satisfied with the colour. The colours of the product may vary slightly from the ones you see on your screen. Especially for shoes, our advice is to choose one of the standard colours such as black or red.

We will be unable to give refunds or exchange products unless the products originally delivered are returned in immaculate condition. If your application making you eligible for a refund or exchange is turned down we will return the products to you and you will need to cover the postage costs.

Flamencista is not responsible for any customs delays or costs that may be charged in-country.

Flamencista is not responsible for customs delays, costs or product losses when returning the products to us. We strongly advise that you obtain a tracking number from your postal service provider.

Our Price Matching Policy

We guarantee that if you find any other brand design product at these low prices we will match the price and offer you an additional further 10% off your next purchase from us.

Please note that promotional offers are excluded and the refund is subject to the provision of adequate evidence.

Privacy Policy

It constitutes an inseparable part of the Flamencista Terms and Conditions. Therefore, accepting our Terms and conditions you accept as well our privacy policy, giving us consent for your personal data to be processed fairly and lawfully as described in it.
