I live in the US so I wasn't sure how I would like ordering shoes online. Flamencista made me some beautiful shoes that were a tad to big. I asked them if I could exchange them for a smaller size, and they were extremely helpful. I really appreciate their cooperation and help! My first pair of Flamencista shoes fit me perfectly, (like they were made just for my feet!) so I decided to buy my wedding shoes through Flamencista, knowing that I would have a beautiful pair of shoes that would be comfortable enough to dance the night away. When they arrived in the wrong color I was disappointed, but then Flamencista was wonderful and created a new pair in the correct color and sent them out to me with plenty of time before my wedding!
